Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
United States

Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): Free for orders over $50, or a flat rate of $5.90.

Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.90.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries in Europe, Canada, and select international destinations.

Standard International (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance or carrier delays beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
MyBlades is not responsible for these charges, and they are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or through your MyBlades account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@myblades.us.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
