Thank you for choosing My-Blades. We are committed to providing premium-quality razor blades and professional barber tools. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from the official My-Blades website. Items purchased through professional barber supply stores or other retailers must be returned according to those retailers’ policies—please contact them directly for assistance.
All returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt. You must ensure the item is returned in its original shrink-wrapped packaging as received to confirm it is unused. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during shipping and must cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked or recorded delivery for all returns. Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team; unauthorized returns will not be refunded, replaced, or repaired, and any associated costs may be charged to the customer.
Razor Blades & Handles
For hygiene reasons, all sales of razor blades and handles are final. Opened or used blades cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Clippers & Trimmers
For manufacturing defects or faults in clippers and trimmers purchased directly from us, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Verified defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs are not covered by the warranty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with clear photos of the item and packaging. Verified claims will be resolved by replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Refunds cover the cost of the merchandise only; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Up to a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Warranty
Items found defective due to manufacturing faults within 12 months of purchase may be eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty. To make a warranty claim, clear evidence of the defect must be provided, and the item must be returned at your expense for evaluation.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or any attempts to open or modify the tool. Wear parts are excluded from warranty coverage as their lifespan depends on individual use and care.
To start a warranty claim, you can contact us first at info@myblades.us and include Order number in email subject line.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact info@myblades.us before initiating chargebacks. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may lead to denial of service and account restrictions.
We cooperate fully with payment providers during disputes and provide evidence to prevent fraudulent claims. Customers initiating chargebacks without resolution may be restricted from future purchases.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for understanding and paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. If an order is rejected due to refusal to pay customs fees or failure to respond to courier requests, it will be returned or disposed of at the customer’s expense. No refunds will be issued for orders rejected due to customs fees.

To start a return or warranty claim, contact info@myblades.us with your order number, reason for return, photos and videos if applicable. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct shipping address.
