Tensor 1 Warranty Policy

At My-Blades, we stand behind the performance and durability of every Tensor1 clipper. That’s why we offer the following warranty coverage for our professional customers:


1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Tensor1 clipper is protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering the following components:

Covered Under Warranty:

  • AI-Powered Motor

  • PCB (Internal Electronics)

  • Rechargeable Battery

  • USB-C Charging Port

If your clipper experiences a functional issue related to these components within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no charge, subject to warranty terms below.


90-Day Blade Protection

We know your blade matters. If your factory-installed blade experiences a defect or performance issue within the first 90 days, we’ll replace it free of charge — no questions asked.


No Registration Required

Your 1-Year Warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase — no need to register. Just keep your order number or proof of purchase on hand in case of a claim.


What’s Not Covered

  • Normal blade wear or dulling after 90 days

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

  • Water damage, improper cleaning, or neglect

  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs

  • Accessories (e.g. guards, charging base) unless DOA


How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues, we’re here to help. Please use email us at info@myblades.us with the following:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Photos or short video (if applicable)

  4. Serial number (found on back above charging port)

Our support team will review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days.
